ACCOA AAC PRODUCTS - ACCOA Products

1. Blocks
2. Wall Panels (Horizontal & Vertical)
3. Floor Panels
4. Roof Panels

ACCOA AAC products provide a total building envelope solution that includes masonry and precast panels for both loadbearing and non-loadbearing applications. ACCOA AAC masonry and precast wall panels can resist vertical as well as horizontal loads. ACCOA AAC precast floor and roof panels can be used to support combinations of both dead and live loads. In addition, panels can be designed to act as shear walls and diaphragms to resist lateral loads. ACCOA AAC products thus provide a total building system accommodating walls, floors and roofs.

ACCOA AAC MASONRY WALL SYSTEMS - ACCOA Blocks - ACCOA Wall Panels

ACCOA AAC masonry wall panels are solid block walls with full bed joints of either cementitious insulating mortar (thick-bed) or glue mortar (thin-bed). Block walls may be non-loadbearing in-fill panels and partitions or loadbearing panels capable of handling combinations of horizontal and vertical loads.

ACCOA AAC LOADBEARING WALL SYSTEMS - ACCOA Wall Panels

ACCOA AAC precast wall panels can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations as well as both loadbearing and non-loadbearing applications.
Wall panels are individually designed to specified criteria and reinforced, accordingly, with corrosion protected welded steel cages. Equal amounts of steel reinforcement are provided to both faces of the wall panels. Cover to the reinforcement is adjusted to meet specific serviceability requirements.

ACCOA AAC NON-LOADBEARING WALL SYSTEMS - ACCOA Blocks - ACCOA Wall Panels

Masonry and Precast Panels: Walls comprised of vertical or horizontal cladding are AAC's most efficient and effective use. ACCOA AAC blocks are ideal as masonry infill partitions and fire separation walls.

ACCOA AAC FLOOR PANELS - ACCOA Floor Panels

ACCOA AAC precast floor panels can be used to support combinations of both dead loads and live loads (uniformly distributed and point). ACCOA AAC floor panels act as a diaphragm to transfer horizontal load to shear walls. The panel's flat surface is excellent for spray-on ceiling finishes to the soffit. The exposed floor surface is suitable for application of traditional commercial flooring products.

ACCOA AAC ROOF PANELS - ACCOA Roof Panels

ACCOA AAC roof panels are energy efficient, fire resistant and are ideal for today's commercial roofing. Typically roof panels require no additional insulation and offer an excellent smooth surface for traditional roofing applications. ACCOA AAC precast roof panels can be used to support combinations of both dead loads and live loads (uniformly distributed and point). ACCOA AAC precast roof and wall panels can be combined to form a variety of roof designs including: gables, mansards, and barrel vaults.
